I prepare pulao or pilaf when I want to create something that is quick, simple, and filling to eat. This one-pot meal has spices and herbs added to it to give it a mellow aromatic flavor. It is created with fragrant rice and beef, mutton, chicken, or lamb meat stock. When cooking beef pulao, I always turn to my mother’s secret recipe.
